Fred Cowans

Fred's business career began in 1972 at a major Canadian bank based in Toronto and Halifax.  On leaving the bank's Treasury Department in 1989, Fred provided foreign exchange derivative strategies to corporate users of FX through a boutique securities firm.  From 1994 to 2002 Fred was an institutional equity salesman holding the positions of partner, director and head of institutional sales.

In 2002 Fred founded a Limited Market Dealer providing corporate finance and advisory services to clients in the Power Generation, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Bio-pharmaceutical industry sectors.
